Verification

  • WHAT IS VERIFICATION AND WHY IS IT NEEDED?

    Verification is a standard Bank procedure confirm the customer's identity. Its purpose is to provide due level of protection of your funds and Personal account. In addition, only verified customers receive a full range of services from the company.

  • HOW TO PASS THE VERIFICATION?

    For verification, You should:

     

    1. Fill in all the fields in the profile in the personal Cabinet.
    2. Confirm the mobile number and e-mail address specified during registration.
    3. Send confirmed at the previous stage of the e-mail address to address [email protected] or upload in Personal Cabinet on the website colored scanned copies of documents confirming the Deposit method and You specified in the profile data.
  • WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE SUITABLE FOR FULL VERIFICATION?
    1. A document confirming the personal data specified in the profile. This can be any identification document containing a photograph e.g. passport, driving licence or ID card.
    2. Confirmation of the selected replenishment method.

     

    *Many traders choose to open a Deposit via credit card. In this case, it should belong to you personally. If you use another person's card you must also provide a copy of the document proving his identity.

     

    On the front side of the card should be visible:

     

    • the name on the card;
    • expiry date of card;
    • the first 4 and last 4 digits of the card number.


    On the reverse side of the card should be visible signature (if not, you need to put it). The CVV needs to close.


    *If the card is unregistered, you must also provide a Bank statement with the details of Your card account and proof that you are the card holder.

     

    *In case of Deposit through purses Qiwi, Yandex and other electronic payment systems should provide the following copies:

     

    • A screenshot with the details of the virtual card (full card number)
    • Screenshot transfer funds to Your trading account in the company DAXIOMA (receipt and issuance)
  • WHAT OTHER DOCUMENTS MAY BE REQUIRED FOR FULL VERIFICATION?

    The company DAXIOMA at its discretion, may additionally request proof of address of residence. This document may be, as page of passport and a utility bill that was paid not earlier than three months prior to submitting documents for verification, and containing the full name and actual address of residence.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO VERIFY AN ACCOUNT?

    Verification of the trading account, usually lasts no more than 72 hours after receipt of the documents subject to the fulfillment of all necessary requirements.

  • IS IT POSSIBLE THE PROCEDURE OF DEPOSITING/WITHDRAWING FOR UNVERIFIED ACCOUNTS?

    For account replenishment in the amount of 49 € verification is not required.
    For full service, trade and withdrawal of the necessary verification documents.

  • DO I HAVE TO VERIFY THE ACCOUNT?

    For trading transactions, the verification of documents is not required.

  • WHERE CAN I VERIFY MY ACCOUNT?

    To verify your account in your account in the settings section of your profile where you can upload all the necessary documents confirming their identity and residential address.
